Deerfield Farmers' Market is returning this summer. Each Saturday from June 11 until mid-October, from 11:30 to 1 pm, the remaining produce from the market is gathered for the underserved to be able to take what they need at no cost; anything remaining is taken to One Deerfield Place, the affordable housing site in Deerfield. While Beth Chaverim is not the only congregation participating, on any given Saturday, two volunteers are needed for each Saturday. If you would like to help with this project, please let me know and I will give you the further contact information.
