Our Programs

IMG_0623 In addition to our school offerings, throughout the year, Beth Chaverim offers additional programs for adults and families. These include: High Holiday Services: Come celebrate the High Holidays with the Beth Chaverim community. Seats are available for non-members as well.   • Shabbat Services: Beth Chaverim periodically holds Shabbat services for our members and their guests. Please check the calendar for upcoming services.
  • Holiday Programs: Celebrate Sukkot, Chanukah, and Passover with the Beth Chaverim community. Special events are scheduled to celebrate each holiday with family, friends, and the community. Check the calendar for dates.
  • 3 & 4 Year Old Program: 3 & 4 year old program meets five times a year, in advance of the holidays of Rosh Hashanah & Yom Kippur, Sukkot, Chanukah, Purim and Passover.  Through stories, songs, and craft projects designed especially for this age, the children will learn about the Jewish holidays.  They can return with their parents for our all-school celebrations generally the following week.  Contact us for more details.

  • Adult Continuing Education:  Check the calendar for details and contact us if you would like more information.
    • Bible Study: Study is done in English and no prior experience is necessary. Check the calendar for details and contact us if you would like more information.
    • Book Club: Join other Beth Chaverim members to discuss a selected book monthly. Book selections vary from current releases to classics of the American Jewish canon. Check the calendar for details.
  • Judaism in Action: Our members focus on one particular mitzvah, or good deed, each year literally into action with multiple programs to benefit the community. In the past, the focus has been on feeding the hungry, kindness to animals and dignity for the elderly and disability awareness. If you’d like to help us put Judaism into Action, contact us.
